Responsibilities and Expectations:  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all business processes, like order to cash and procure to pay, with a focus on ensuring that our system effectively supports our business operations. The administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from account setups and CSV imports to workflow creation and project management. This role calls for a tech-savvy professional with an analytical mindset and the ability to work with a diverse team. 

  • Maintain and administer NetSuite ERP (account setups, preferences, roles, and permissions).
  • Perform CSV imports and exports and ensure data integrity across all ERP modules.
  • Develop and maintain SuiteFlow workflows and implement light SuiteScript as needed.
  • Oversee change management processes, including documenting system changes and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from team members to ensure that NetSuite functionality aligns with organizational needs.
  • Work with integration tools such as Boomi, ShipHawk, and NetSuite WMS to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other business systems.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  

Qualifications and Competencies:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a NetSuite ERP Administrator.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business processes within a retail or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in SuiteFlow, with a working knowledge of SuiteScript.
  • Experience with system integrations using tools like Boomi, ShipHawk, and NetSuite WMS
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
