As the Program Director for Mining Equipment Service, you will be responsible for leading and managing the service programs related to mining equipment. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of service strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing service delivery processes. The Program Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence, maximize equipment uptime, and contribute to overall customer success. The Program Director will play a key role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring the overall success of the mining initiatives.
