Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
The Dallas Service Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to assist and support the Sales and Accounting departments with day-to-day operations. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will apply Servant Leadership principles to build trust and open communication as you support the service center in a variety of billing, invoicing, sales, and accounting tasks.
  • Provide Support to the Sales Team
  • Order Processing in NetSuite
  • Create purchase orders for the acquisition of products and materials
  • Prepare Time & Material and Cost Billing
  • Process and verify applications for credit
  • Assist with Month-End Closing
  • AR Collections
  • Maintain job files (both hard file and electronic), update company-based program
  • Review and validate Sales Tax Certificates
  • Responsible for identifying order issues and managing them to resolution
  • Review inbound purchase orders and validate information against quotes and opportunities
  • Respond to requests for information
  • Responsible for scanning and filing
  • Assist Sales Support Manager with special projects
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • 3+ years of order processing, billing/invoicing and/or administration experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or 4-year degree preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) required
  • NetSuite experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills
