Responsibilities and Expectations: 

We are looking for an Engineering Intern to join our team. You will be presented with real business challenges that will give you the opportunity to develop real solutions. Your primary focus is to assist in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Gain experience with engineering systems. 
  • Apply lean technologies. 
  • Generate flow chart and time studies. 
  • Identify bottlenecks and create solutions. 
  • Support quick win and long-term improvements. 
  • Design and improve work cells. 
  • Further implement 6S program.
  • Create 3D Solidworks models and 2D drawings.
