Responsibilities and Expectations:
The Winder is responsible for constructing and assembling coils according to winding specifications and engineering drawings. This role involves making brazed connections, fabricating crossovers, installing cooling ducts, and handling wire leads using specialized tools and machinery. The Winder plays a crucial role in ensuring that coils used in distribution transformers are constructed to precise standards and are safely and correctly handled throughout the manufacturing process.
