Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a proactive team member to perform General Accounting duties in support of financial operations. Daily and monthly responsibilities include general accounting, inventory accounting, customer invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and special projects.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
The Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of accounting and administrative duties to support the financial and operational functions of the Service Center. Key responsibilities include general accounting, inventory management, customer invoicing, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and participation in special projects. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, efficient operations, and compliance with company policies while contributing to the achievement of the Service Center’s financial objectives.
