Application Process

  • I want to join the IPS team, how do I apply, and can I apply for multiple jobs?

    We are excited that you are interested in joining our team! All available positions are posted on our career site. Please review each job description and submit an application for any that may match your career interests and qualifications. There is no limit to the amount of positions for which you can apply.

  • How can I stay updated on job opportunities with IPS?

    A great way to keep up to date on our openings is to register for job alerts and/or join our talent community which is linked throughout our career site. Additionally, we recommend making frequent visits to our social media platforms in which we highlight open positions as they become available.

  • I am already a team member at IPS, where should I apply for an open position?

    We are excited for you to continue growing with us. Please submit an application to the open position you are interested in.

  • How can an IPS team member refer me for an open position?

    List the current team member on your application under "Who referred you to this position?"

  • Post Apply Process

  • I have applied for an open position but have not heard back, what is the status of my application?

    Our hiring teams work to review all applications in a timely manner and depending on the role this process could take time. You can check the status of your application by logging into your Jobvite candidate account.

  • What are the steps of the recruiting process?

    Generally speaking, our recruitment process is as follows:

    Find the Right Role: The IPS Career Page allows you to view all the available roles at IPS. Use the search bar to filter by location, job title, or keyword. Once you find a role that fits your skills and experience, click Apply and complete the application. A detailed resume is always helpful!

    Talk With a Recruiter: Once your application is submitted, a recruiter will review your information. If you qualify for the position, a recruiter will reach out to you to schedule a phone screen. During this initial conversation, you will chat with a recruiter who will ask you questions about your work experience and get to know you better. After the introductory call, the recruiter will follow up with you if you are selected to move forward in hte process.

    Meet the Team: Typically, the next step is an in-person interview. An in-person interview is a great opportunity to explore IPS, meet the team, and make sure IPS is a great fit for you! A recruiter will take care of all the details and keep you informed. Be prepared to answer and ask questions. For some roles, there may be multiple rounds of interviews with different team members.

    Accept the Offer: Nice work! We are excited to have you on the team. A recruiter will send you a complete offer letter package that will detail compensation, benefits, and position details. Have questions about your offer? No problem. We understand that accepting our employment offer has a great impact on your life and overall wellbeing, We encourage you to talk to the recruiter in depth about any questions or concerns you have pertaining to your offer.

    Welcome aboard! Once we receive your signed offer, we will start your onboarding right away. A background check and drug screen are required. After you submit your pre-hire screening information, your recruiter will keep you informed of its process and will provide you with details about your first day.   • If I am not selected for the position I applied for, will I be considered for other opportunities?

    Our hiring teams do their best to share resumes for all available jobs, so there is a possibility your resume will be reviewed for more than just the position you've applied for. However, we recommend formally submitting an application for all open positions you are interested in. Additionally, joining our talent pools gives our hiring teams an opportunity to search your qualifications for current and future openings.

  • How should I prepare for my interview(s)?

    While the interview process may not be the same for every role, we recommend taking the following steps to prepare to talk with our hiring teams:

    • Be ready to answer what initially attracted you to IPS
    • For most roles, be prepared to provide examples of your past experience that would translate into the role you are applying for
    • If you are interviewing via phone or video, ensure you are in a quiet spot with little distraction and reliable reception
    • Familiarize yourself with our company culture, mission and core values
    • Ask questions
    • Engage with IPS on our social media channels
  • What is the recommended dress code for the interview?

    This is highly dependent on the type of position you are interviewing for. Your recruiter will be able to provide guidance if this is a concern.

  • What is your vacation and time off policy?

    We recognize the importance of time away so that you can rest, relax and rejuvenate. All new hires typically receive 120 hours Paid Time Off, prorated based on hire date. Time off policies may vary based on state requirements.

  • How does IPS help me save for the future?

    While each case is considered individually, generally speaking we do not offer sponsorship at this time.
