Responsibilities & Expectations: 

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Engineering Technician for our Cleveland West Service Center.  As an Engineering Technician for IPS you will support the Operations team to manufacture products and provide our customers with an Unmatched Customer Experience.

  • Generate CAD drawings to support manufacturing.
  • Create Bill of Material and work instructions.
  • Use customer data to create tooling drawings.
  • Reverse engineer customer parts and create detail drawings.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers.

 Qualifications and Competencies: 

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understand working knowledge of components to manufacture electric motors.
  • Engineering or Technician degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SolidWorks is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient use of Outlook, MS word and Excel.
  • Technical writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriate action. 
  • Excellent time management 
  • Ability to communicate technical data in a clear and concise manner 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with current and potential customers and suppliers 
  • Critical attention to detail
