Responsibilities and Expectations:
Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to maintain inventory and supplies by shipping, receiving, storing, and delivering items.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
- Ensure the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing to warehouse duties, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
- Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
